Attorney Biography

Louis J. Lamatina maintains a general practice of law with emphasis on Family Law. The firm specializes in representing clients in matters involving separation, divorce, child custody/parenting time, support, property division, and all post-divorce issues.

We pride ourselves on our professionalism, compassion, reputation among our colleagues, and responsiveness to our clients. While the firm recognizes that an amicable settlement of family law disputes is in our clients’ best interests, we have a wealth of litigation experience and are prepared to aggressively litigate any matter in court should settlement not become a reality.

Although Mr. Lamatina is sometimes assisted by colleagues in complex matters, you can be assured that he will personally handle all aspects of your matter. With the firm, you will not just be another client but one whose interests are truly the focus of the firm’s resources. The firm presently consists of Mr. Lamatina and his wife, Jeanine E. Lamatina, who serves as the

While Family Law is the firm’s focus, all types of litigation and transactional work are handled by us, including commercial, personal injury, product liability, real estate, and the purchase and sale of businesses.
